Services Breakdown
Overview
Yard Diva takes pride in getting the job done neatly, but quickly! It takes between 5 to 6 hours to provide service for smaller yards and 6 to 7 hours for larger yards (depending upon weather conditions and services requested). We can beautify your yard for as little as $400 or more for small sized projects and $600 or more for mid-sized projects (pricing varies depending upon scope of work needed and your design choices).
The first consultation is FREE. Multiple visits (or meetings with other contractors if needed) prior to accepting and signing a contract for installation services may require a fee.
Designs are FREE when you purchase installation services. There is $25 fee (per design) for all design mock-ups. However, a $25 credit will be applied to your invoice once you purchase installation services.
There is a %50 retainer fee required to begin work on your project and the remaining balance will be due at the time of completion.
Installation Services
When it comes to installing plants and shrubs you have two options:
- Let us save you time! Our team can purchase plants and materials, deliver them and install everything for you!
- Have you already purchased your plants and materials, but don't have the time to install them? No problem! Just call us and we can work with you to install your plants or shrubs.
Manicuring Services
Don't have time to maintain your yard? Yard Diva can keep your yard or flower bed looking pristine! Manicuring services include:
- Hedge/shrub pruning
- Removing dead plants
- Refreshing mulch
- Minor edging
