Services Breakdown

Overview

Yard Diva takes pride in getting the job done neatly, but quickly! It takes between 5 to 6 hours to provide service for smaller yards and 6 to 7 hours for larger yards (depending upon weather conditions and services requested). We can beautify your yard starting at around $1,200.

NOTE: Pricing varies depending upon scope of work needed and

your design choices.

There is a %50 retainer fee required to begin work on your project and the remaining balance will be due at the time of completion.

Installation Services

When it comes to installing plants and shrubs you have two options:

Let us save you time! Our team can purchase plants and materials, deliver them and install everything for you!
Have you already purchased your plants and materials, but don't have the time to install them? No problem! Just call us and we can work with you to install your plants or shrubs.

Creative Design Services

There is a $100 fee (per design) for all design mock-ups. Designs are FREE when you purchase installation services. A credit will be applied to your invoice if you choose to purchase installation services.

Mock-up Design Packages:

Yard Design Mock-up (No Installation) - $150 per design. Includes free consultation, names of plants shown in mock-up. $15 discount for two or more designs.

Yard Design Mock-ups Plus (No Installation) - $275 per design. Includes free consultation, names of plants shown in mock-up, estimated cost of materials, and amount of supplies needed. $15 dollar discount for two or more designs.

Consultation Packages

Standard Consultations:

Consultations are $45.00. Multiple visits (or meetings with other contractors if needed) prior to accepting and signing a contract for installation services may require an additional fee. Please note that a consultation fee of $65.00 is required for customers outside of the service area.

Consultation Plus Package:

Consultation Plus Package is $150.00 and includes a consultation visit, a design mock-up with names of plants, estimated cost for supplies/materials and amount needed.

Project Consultation Package:

$475 per project. Includes a design mock-up with names of plants, estimated cost for supplies/materials and amount needed, and up to 4 hours of on-site project guidance. Installation services not included.

Manicuring /Maintenance Services

Don't have time to maintain your yard? Yard Diva can keep your yard or flower bed looking pristine! Pricing may vary depending upon services needed. Commercial and residential services offered.

Manicuring services include:
